The Samsung Developers Conference (SDC) 2018 took place at Moscone West, in San Francisco California. The event featured a 2-day keynote session, an exhibit hall, a series of breakout sessions, and a series of F&B and activations designed to keep attendees engaged through the 2-days of content.
The conference focuses on Samsung's latest software, SDKs, and what's to come.
things i did
- created and maintained master production documents such as, production schedules, payment trackers, shipping trackers, etc.
- assisted with exhibit hall device plans, technology requests, and on-site installation plan
- coordinated travel and hotels for 40+ onsite staff during load-in and show days
- oversaw shipping to advance warehouse, on-site, and post-event shipping (both international and domestic)
- provide additional production support as needed to Registration, Tech Sessions, General Sessions, F&B, Signage and Branding, Exhibits, and Office Spaces teams
